CONSULAR CAMP ON 15/02/2020

        The Consulate General of India, Milan will conduct a Consular Camp at Shri Guru Ravidass Darbaar, Castelli Calepio Provincia di Bergamo IT, Via della Repubblica, 41, 24060 Cividino Bergamo BG on 15/02/2020 (Saturday) for submission of application for PASSPORTS, OCI Cards and Life certificates only (No other services shall be rendered) (PURELY ON APPOINTMENT BASIS). Appointment booking will commence on 05/02/2020. 

CAMP TIMINGS: FROM 0900 HOURS TO 1300 HOURS & FROM 1400 HOURS TO 1500 HOURS

SEPARATE APPOINTMENT SHOULD BE TAKEN FOR EACH APPLICANT, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE FACT THAT THEY ARE MEMBERS OF THE SAME FAMILY OR STAYING TOGETHER AT THE SAME ADDRESS

Applicants will have to be present in person, irrespective of their age, for submission of applications, except in the case of application for fresh passport in respect of new born children.

Please ensure that the application is filled in correctly and is complete in all respects. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Please bring original as well as CLEAR COPIES OF ALL DOCUMENTS. Copies of all the documents should be SELF-ATTESTED (append signature, exactly as given in the Passport) by the applicants. In case of minor children, copies of all the documents should be attested by at least one of the parents.

Original documents will be returned immediately after verification.

For collection of ready documents:

  • Appointments for camp shall be valid for camp location only and not for submission of applications at Consulate.

  • Please note that OCI card applications in respect of applicants aged more than 12 years which were submitted at previous camps can only be collected from the Consulate in Milan after biometrics registration. OCI cards for applicants who are less than 12 years or above 70 years can be collected at Camps.

  • For collection of ready passports/OCI cards /birth registration certificates at the camp please check the status online at http://www.cgimilan.gov.in/page/appstatus/ and send the Name, Passport number, File number and receipt number to cons1.milan@mea.gov.in or contact +39 3293862296.
