Important Notice: Reissue of Indian Passports – Urgent Cases
 
Applicants who require an urgent appointment for reissue of an Indian passport may send the following details to: cons2.milan@mea.gov.in Please include the following information in your email:
• Name of the applicant
• Father’s name
• Existing passport number
• Date of issue of the passport
• File number of application (attach the completed application with the email)
• Date of expiry of the passport
• Reason for urgency
• Email ID
• Mobile number
 
What happens next?
Upon receiving the above details, the Consular team will examine the request. If approved, the Consulate will communicate the appointment date via email.
Important: Applicants whose requests are approved must pay the applicable fees at least 3 working days before the scheduled appointment. Please carry a copy of the email receipt received from the Consulate at the time of the appointment.
 
Please Note:
• This facility is in addition to the regular appointment system available on the Consulate’s website.
• Requests for change of appointment date will not be allowed.
• Only one appointment will be issued per applicant (one person – one appointment system).
• The Consulate reserves the right to reject frivolous requests or requests containing incorrect information.
• The decision of the Consulate will be final. No further correspondence will be entertained.
