On this occasion, various traditional cultural events were held, including a Hindustani classical vocal performance by Supriyo Dutta, accompanied on tabla by Nihar Mehta, on sarangi by Sangeet Mishra, on harmonium by Anna Tutsi Boesso, and on bansuri by Nicolo Melocchi Tusti. A Kuchipudi dance performance by Sai Venkata Gangadhar and Lakshmi Vempadappa was also featured. Representatives from various religious communities also participated in the event. Consul General Mr. Lavanya Kumar attended the celebrations and extended festive greetings.
