FINAL NOTICE
SURRENDER OF INDIAN PASSPORT
In spite of the Notice published on 31.10.2025 regarding "Collection of Surrendered Indian Passports within 15 days", it has been observed that the below mentioned applicants have still not collected their surrendered passports.
2. The following applicants can collect their cancelled passports & surrender certificates before 15 December 2025. Applicants are requested to come to the Consulate in person, on any working day from 09:00 to 12:30 pm.
3. After 15 December 2025, these cancelled passports & surrender certificates will no longer be allowed for collection. Consulate will bear no responsibility for their delivery. It will be deemed that the applicant is not interested in collecting the Surrendered Passport and action will be taken accordingly.
