Refund Policy for regular Paper Visa

Advisory: Refund Policy for Regular Paper Visa?
The Consulate may consider refunding visa fees to applicants who have made excess/ multiple payments over and above the prescribed Visa fee for regular paper visa granted by this Post.
- 2. Shri Atul Chauhan, Consul (CPV) & HOC, will be the nodal officer for all refund claim. The affected applicant should make a refund claim either by submission of claim at the Post or sending an email to cons1.milan@mea.gov.in along with proof of access payment.
- 3. The Consulate will endeavour to settle all claims within 07 working days after the receipt of refund requests.
- 4. No refund claim will be entertained after 3 months of such payment.
