Important Notice regarding Compilation of Online Passport application form

- While registering Online for passport application, the system allows appointment only on availability of numbers left filled in the system. If the number so filled up has been exhausted, the system will automatically stop downloading application form.
- Please fill up online application form correctly. Any mistake on the form will cancel the application form. This will waste one application which other applicant could have used.
