CONSULAR CAMP ON 20.02.2021
The Consulate General of India, Milan will conduct a Consular Camp at Gurudwara Kalgidhar Sahib, Fontanellette, TV Fontanelle (Italia) on 20.02.2021 (Saturday) for submission of application for Surrender of passports & OCI Cards only (No other services shall be rendered) Online booking for appointments starts from 16.02.2021.
TIMINGS: FROM 1000 HOURS TO 1600 HOURS
SEPARATE APPOINTMENT SHOULD BE TAKEN FOR EACH APPLICANT, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE FACT THAT THEY ARE MEMBERS OF THE SAME FAMILY OR STAYING TOGETHER AT THE SAME ADDRESS
Applicants will have to be present in person, irrespective of their age, for submission of applications, except in the case of application for OCI or cancellation in respect of new born children.
Please ensure that the application is filled in correctly and is complete in all respects. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Please bring original as well as CLEAR COPIES OF ALL DOCUMENTS. Copies of all the documents should be SELF-ATTESTED (append signature, exactly as given in the Passport) by the applicants. In case of minor children, copies of all the documents should be attested by both parents.
Original documents will be returned immediately after verification.
